Their boilers went down the whole time there and I was given a space heater in order to stay warm but that was too hard to manage it was either hot like a sauna or freezing. Not what you would expect of a hotel. Worst sleep because of it.

The staff was excellent! We had two carts full of clothes and Christmas presents! The Bell staff never made us feel uncomfortable with the two carts! The only problem was a cold shower the first morning.
