**Normal check-in time is 4 pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.
** Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.
**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
**Street parking is available but not guaranteed, when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws. The backyard is shared with the tenant next door.

**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
**Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
