The shower pressure in the bathroom was a REAL issue...It was horrible. Also, you may need to rethink security from the street entrance - there is literally nothing preventing someone from getting into the stairway that leads to the apartments.
I thought I was staying in a place i remembered from 30 years ago. I was glad that it was so much closer to Tulane's campus so i could walk. And the restaurant was good too. And i was surprised at all the amenities which i was very pleased with
