However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“I love love this hotel. 5th time there. Not right in the super noisy part of the French Quarter but extremely close. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel exudes charm! And the parking was super easy. Very short walk to boardwalk ; rooms were really nice and the sheets the best I have seen in hotels for a very long time . They even had a buy one get one free for the hotel bar! Coffee in the AM is available early and free in the lobby.”
