“Quaint little boutique hotel in downtown Knoxville. The Oliver restaurant was an amazing find, too. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the lack of free and available parking around the hotel. The best option for self park was around the corner on the opposite side of the block. ”

“We loved the historic aspects of the mill and its decor. Our room The Cabin was on the street on the ground floor and was so quiet. The breakfast was outstanding with foods made from house recipes. We wish they sold a cookbook!”

“Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!”
