This was not a fun trip so the conditions I just mentioned were definitely appreciated. I have to return in late summer and will make another reservations with this location."

"We actually were transferred from this condo to a single family home 3 miles north on A1A as an upgrade by the owner. It was very comfortable, and we spent a great deal of time on the beach and in the pool."

"One of our favorite vacations ever, we absolutely loved this house! The views were breathtaking and to be able to hear the ocean as real “white noise“ every night was surreal and amazing! As well, the owner was so hospitable, communicative and accommodating!"

"Perfect house for family & friends vacation. The views were wonderful from both front to the Indian river and back to the ocean. Options to swim in both Atlantic & pool. The house was spacious and good privacy for 3 families & napping children. Best appointed vrbo kitchen we have stayed in, any appliance beyond what we could want. Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives for inside and pool side use. Garage full of beach & pool toys as well as bikes, paddle boards & kayaks. Sebastian inlet state park was a short 2 mile bike ride away. Lots of fishing opportunities & wildlife to see ( turtles, manatees, dolphins & fish, pelicans, egrets, osprey & frigate birds). Highly recommended!!! "

"This is a great house. It’s big and well laid out with an ideal location right on the beach. We stayed with a group of girls and loved being able to just walk on the beach. It’s quiet and far enough away from the town so we saw almost no one else on the beach any of the times we were there. The one thing to be aware of is you can’t see the ocean from the first floor, but this makes sense as the sea grapes protect the numerous sea turtle nests from light pollution. You’ll see tons of nests there!! The rooftop terrace is great - we sat up there at night listening to the waves and staring at the stars. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. We will go back next year for our annual girls trip "
