“Property wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Hair strands all over the place. The bathroom shower didn’t make sense at all, water was just running all over the place everytime after showering. I was charged extra upon arrival for the extra guests. Location is decent, close to everything by car. ”

“The front desk gentlemen and staff were wonderful. (Mario and Stephan?) forgive me if I have the name wrong. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service!!!! They assist with airport transfer and excursion suggestions. The property is beautiful and clean. 15 min from the airport. The rooms are minimalistic but very nice/ modern. “If I could give the communication of the host 10 stars, I would! I have never experienced such wonderful communication and help from a concierge staff. Because our check-in was so late, Chris sent us a video of how to get to our room and get checked in. They helped to secure airport and pickup and transfer. They made two phone calls for us to local establishments where we had excursions in order to clarify the details, and they also helped secure our taxi transfer to an excursion. Chris was……
