“Wonderful, interesting property. Really close to capital. Enjoyed a perfect view of the 4th of July fireworks on the front lawn. Highly recommend. Very clean. Seamless process.”

“Owners were great. Rooms very clean. We’ll definitely be back”

“My three sisters and I rented this home for 4 nights. Our stay at this beautiful historic home was absolutely wonderful! The house is full of charm and character while still offering all the modern comforts we needed. It was clear that the owners have taken great care to preserve the home's history while keeping it clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Every room had thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home, and the home was spotless when we arrived. If you're looking for a place with……

“What winery?! We did not visit nor have any winery experience. ”

“A phenomenal stay. Great atmosphere; a truly unique experience with the artwork as well as tongue-in-cheek names for the spaces. By far our favorite spot during our week-long travels across Missouri. Great location. An amazing house - a historic home in every sense of the word; and the best value of any place we stayed. Coupled with exceptional places to eat or have a drink within walking distance, and even more within a 2-mile drive, staying at the Big House made Jefferson City our……

“This place is a gem. The cabin was meticulously appointed. Everything looks as though it’s brand new. I would put this host in the top 1% of those I have encountered. They communicated well and proactively. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Not to mention that they’re just nice people. I even knocked off a bucket list item by catching my first gar here. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This cabin is beautiful! Very well kept up, generous space, great location in Linn and the hosts were very responsive! We will definitely stay again when visiting family!”

“This property is amazing! It is set in the hills of the Ozarks not far from the lake and shopping, but very private on 3 acres bordered by woods, creek and hay field. We had too terriers with us and they roamed until their hearts were content and had a real time trying to catch a groundhog. It was a great adventure for them and totally wore them out.The check-in was flawless, as Cindy had the lights on and house ready for us. She was thoughtful to leave a goody bag for us with delicious……

“Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable, and there was good off street parking. It's a fine choice if there are three or fewer people in your group and you don't want to go with a hotel. Some things I wish I had realized ahead of time: There are only three comfortable places to sit in the living room, a loveseat and an armchair. If you have more than three people, the others will have to sit on a backless metal barstool or the floor. The house is cooled by two small window units neither of……

“Dark and creepy if you’re a single female staying alone. Shower and toilet are a short distance to walk to at night with minimal light. The owners are on site which was comforting to know after realizing who the random lady was that in fact scared the heck out of my guest by beating on the window of their vehicle. Overall not extremely terrible but probably wouldn’t stay there again.. ”
