“Property was as described, but it was a bit dated and could grounds and property could use some maintenance. The lights were a dated style and the bulbs did not matching in brightness in several locations, even when they were on the same switch. Additionally, the bathrooms and closet could use a deep clean as they were dusty. The beds were comfortable and clean.”

“Upon arrival, the check-in staff was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Having stayed at this location prior, I was familiar with the layout and can say that everything is perfect for a short weekend visit. Parking is right on site with come and go privileges. The location is great with a lot of local Newport attractions, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The unit was clean, complete, and had everything we needed. Lastly, the host was great with communication and addressed……

“This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset.”

“We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. After a long conversation with the front desk, it was clear that they were not going to change their minds. Something about deeded properties and time shares. Nothing that was stated in the listing. The person we booked through VRBO stated that they would keep us in the same room, but after discussing it with the front desk again, nope, untrue.……
