They tried their best to help with any issues like our bath tub not plugging to take a bath. They tried ti hell figure out why the pool wasnt warm for the kids to swim in. We’ll be staying there everytime we are in Mt Vernon "

"Hidden Falls was absolutely perfect for our group. There were so many oppurtunitites and spaces to relax and make memories all in the beautiful private woods above the gorgeous lake. Thr kitchen was very well stocked as was the entire property. Everyone enjoyed the pool and gym with the variety of activities and disco lights! Sara was a very attentive host that checked in daily, would highly reccomend this property to anyone! "
