Located in the charming community of Hainesville, and boasting 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and hair dryer, this adorable property offers a comfortable stay. Enjoy the additional living room space with a sofa bed for extra guests. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. This quaint and cozy farmhouse was completely rebuilt in 2023-2024. It is located 15 miles from Lake Fork, 30 miles from Tyler, 15 miles from downtown Mineola, and 10 miles from downtown Quitman. For those wishing to take your bass boat to Lake Fork, the ample parking allows you to easily park your boat trailer, and outdoor outlets allow for charging of trolling motors. Welcome to the Farmhouse!
