After a long day of travel we arrived significantly early to the Hilton property and were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a fresh room to check into and were able to head right up to!

The room was very nice, clean and large. But there is a lot of construction going on that makes it very confusing. It’s hard to navigate to get where you need to be and staff was not always helpful or friendly. Some were but it’s a matter of finding the right one. I had to wait over 20 minutes to check in because of some error (they never actually told me what was going on) and then upon check out I had been charged a cancellation fee of almost $300, but I had stayed in the room and did not cancel. The supervisor wasn’t there during check out time due to lunch (seems like the time a supervisor would need to be present) so the issue was not able to be resolved before we had to leave. Frustrating to have to deal with it when I have more traveling to do.
