"If you want a fairly economical way to enjoy Miami Beach, then this is it. Property amenities were very nice, proximity to the beach was spot on, and overall vibe was good. The actual condo is somewhat dated and has wear, but it is priced accordingly, so don’t go in expecting perfection. Condo floors were not super clean… first hour barefoot and my feet were dirty. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pots and pans and seasonings. Glassware and plates sufficient in the condo. Correspondence...
