"The property was perfect for our family and extended family. There was plenty of space and bedrooms for all. The pool area was nice to have in the Florida sun. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, and a short ride to the beach. My wife and I would take a 4 mile walk to the bridge and back each day along the water front which was nice. The Latitude concierge was amazing to work with. Their communication with me before, during, and after our stay was amazing. "

"Overall, the home was charming and quaint. Easy to get to and park. The home has a great mix of original rustic feel with upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms. Home was very clean and had right amount of dishes, basics and a few extras to keep us comfortable. One call out is the furniture in the living areas has changed. Not modern like the pictures, in fact quite older. There was a musty smell entering the home but would subside a bit once the AC was going. Also, someone came to trim trees in back yard on Sunday morning before 8a. Noise woke us up."
