Amazing view. Excellent experience. Must be to walk up lots of steps and uphill walkway. Some issues with the Wi-Fi Internet. Not able to operate the TV, stove and microwave probably not familiar with equipment as we are from USA. Definitely would recommend for anyone wants to come to Monaco.

Initially, it was somewhat difficult to access the property but once we contacted the phone number at the gate it was a super easy process. Our hostess was very flexible, accommodating and made the process of checking in extremely easy for us. The property was beautiful the views were amazing and it was extremely clean. Places to eat and shop were at a far walking distance but if you like exploring you’ll enjoy the journey. Uber eats is also available and has decent choices.

This place was amazing!!! Our room view to die for, pool was awesome and Melissa was THE BEST!!! Will be back! One minor thing would be more shade at the pool so I could read and not burn 😂

Sara, the host/owner, is the friendliest of people you’ll ever come across. It is the most conveniently located home away from home on the Riviera, minutes from Monaco, and Nice, and with easy access to A8 freeway if you’re in mood to go for a drive to Italy, or Western France

More attention to what a traveler needs.

Lovely apt. clean and modern beautiful views. Short drive to Monico. Missing basic essentials, laundry soap, spatula and toilet paper, half a role for 3 days. No response until last day, forced to by our own. Hard to locate- steep parking and many steps. Now at second location with all essentials and making up for how it should be when you rent an apt with a kitchen and laundry.

The pool was fantastic and clean. We had a wonderful room with two bedrooms and a gorgeous view! The amenities in the hotel were excellent. We had everything we needed in the little kitchen. It was close to everything we wanted to do. But the hill prohibited me from walking.

The view from the rooms in this hotel are fantastic! However, the hotel is extremely inaccessible, and our rooms were all at opposite ends of the complex. It was very difficult to get our luggage from the car park to the hotel rooms, as all of our rooms required climbing stairs as lifts didn't go to our floor and at night it was very dark. - We wouldn't recommend staying here if anyone has mobility issues as you would struggle. Whilst the reception are always easily reachable by WhatsApp and respond quickly, there are however no staff on site in the evenings so you are unable get extra linen or towels, or toilet roll, despite asking multiple times. Three days in a row we asked for our sofa bed to be made up, someone brought us new towels but never made the bed up. Rooms weren't cleaned each day. Some rooms in the hotel are really lovely, clean and modern and all rooms have an excellent sea view. However, some rooms are dated and are in need of repairs as some of our rooms had doors which didn't shut properly. Parking was great though, there was very ample parking at this hotel and for tall vehicles.

The view was beautiful and the apartment was very small but nicely appointed. The air conditioning didn’t work and they did not have anyone to fix ii and it was very hot all day and into the night. The lights in the living room would not turn off and lite up the bedroom all night. The lock on the outside patio did not lock and the apartment lock was very difficult to unlockand lock. The carpet was stained and in need of a cleaning. You would think the owner or management company would take better care of the apartments. Very unhappy with the apartment outside of the beautiful view!!

The office wasnt easy to find for someone who is backpacking across Europe lol . I wish i would of had thier whatsapp prior but overall great stay! Staff was super super nice!

Pool closed

Excellent location for Monaco, steep hill and lots of stairs but not a problem for us. Apartment and area was clean enough some residential units on the plot as well. The pool which is amazing and not done justice by the pictures was closed, this was a big selling point of this apartment. I was told when i asked it was seasonal but it was 23 degrees all week. The tourist tax i was charged was more than advertised in the apartment and wasn't mentioned in the ad online. Close to everything by car, 15 mins by steps down to the station

Not the best but also not the worst.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and the mattress is comfortable but the place could do with a general refurb. The apartment we stayed in was difficult to get to for my wife as she has a back injury and there were a lot of stairs. The lift was out of order so we had to take the stairs. Definitely not a wheelchair-friendly place. The front door to our apartment was broken and couldn't be closed properly so it got pretty cold in the night. The walls in the apartment are super thin and we could hear the neighbours having a conversation at pretty normal volume. Just something to keep in mind.

Sara goes out of her way to accommodate guests and their needs in both a friendly and professional manner, even giving me keys to several apartments , so I could chose the one I preferred, rather than the one I had booked, and also arranged for a sunlounger to be brought up for me.You can’t beat these views or value for money anywhere along the Côte d’Azur I believe. The outdoor infinity pool is divine, drinks are available all day , and breakfast was served at my apartment on the dot at my request at 8.30am. The breakfast as Sara kindly pointed out was simple , and told me exactly what to expect which I was quite happy to accept so I didn’t need to go out. If you do there are various shops in the village to cater to your needs. As a single traveller I felt comfortable and safe, and would totally recommend staying here. I’m at a loss as to some of the negative previous reviews, as I found all the staff and especially Sara , nothing but accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much of an effort , and by the way I totally recommend treating yourself to their own riviera champagne. It’s fabulous. Thankyou for making my stay so pleasant. I will be back .
