Had such a lovely stay and enjoyed the insulated picnic basket left at our door in the morning full of breakfast treats! The front desk team was super helpful and friendly. Loved the location - everything was super walkable. Would definitely stay again!

The location near the heart of Carmel yet a bit off the busy streets was great. The property is perfectly adequate for a short stay. The room had the necessary amenities although it was dark and has a massive piece of outdated furniture that takes up a lot of room. The hotel served our needs just fine for a one night stay.

I was taken aback when I found out that the hotel had charged $163.67 to my credit card a few days after I checked out. This was the same card I had used as a deposit when I arrived, and I was certain that I hadn't incurred any expenses of this amount during my stay. Unfortunately, my attempts to obtain a receipt and a clear explanation for this charge were met with complete silence.

The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient. The room was okay and met our basic needs. However, the hotel overall could be much better. My first impression from the outside was that it looked more like a 2-star hotel. Given its prime location, the property has significant potential and could benefit from updates and improvements.

This I an acceprblw hotel, its in a relatively good location and clean rooms. My problem with it Is the price and the frond desk. They didn't give us what we asked for in the room at all, weten't ready for us at 3 PM,. I would stay here as a last resort if nothing else could be available. And Expedia charged us way more than they said it would be.

Walking distance to everything downtown, cozy comfortable clean rooms. Parking lot has enough spaces but it's kind of tight driving through with a pickup truck. If you're on the second floor, you have to carry everything up the stairs.
