The room met our needs to attend a concert at Place Bell. We were able to control the temperature of the room, the beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The noise in the halls does carry into the rooms.

Rooms were clean but hotel felt wet musty. Breakfast was better than I expected. Staff as breakfast was amazing. But the check in front desk lady was very cold and never smile when we approached her. All four days was at front desk never smiled or made us feel welcome. She was very cold and not friendly. Checkin out I chose to approach a friendly young man that was engaging and friendly. Too expensive for hotel that looks like a motel.
