"Truly amazing stay! The house is terrific and a great place to be out of the way of the bustle, while still remaining close enough to nearby activities. Like i said, we were blown away by how much better the property is than the listing gives it justice! It was a bit confusing to find the first time, as the number isnt displayed on the road. But if you have sharp eyes, you'll find it. If you want to swim, pay attention to what the tides are doing. But the water was amazing. Only true complaint: many of the windows were hard to operate, or almost completely inoperable. But this had an extremely limited impact on our enjoyment of our time there. Check in and check out also super easy. Would stay again!"

"Absolutely amazing. Staff was so nice. We were there for our anniversary. They brought champagne and strawberries to our room. Food and drinks were amazing. Pool & beach were nice too. Being able to come to the property via boat is pretty cool. It’s a little pricey, but you kind of expect that for the type of accommodations and the area. "

Soft comfortable beds Kitchen was fully stocked with any thing you would need Nice place to sit outback and have breakfast and watch the birds and listen to the river. Husband loved fishing from the dock. Play ground right next door if you have little ones. We loved it and will definitely keep this site to stay again. Wonderful Host. "Lovely home that was located in a peaceful area and close to the beach. Rent a golf cart and you can ride around town, shop in the charming shops, and dine in restaurants. We had perfect weather everyday! Owner is very responsive to any questions or issues. Would definitely return!"

"We only stayed a couple of nights to visit with family who were in Cape Charles for a week. This house was perfect for our family. Clean, beautiful, well appointed, comfortable beds, wonderful hosts. The location was great - less than one block to the beach and a short walk to town. I parked and did not drive again until we left. The screened front porch was a great spot for family to gather. I adore this house!!"
