"The cottage was nice, rustic and nautically decorated. The location was good for the areas we wanted to visit. Safety Concerns: The porch steps to the side door were very steep - should be 4 or 5 not 3. The mold in the upstairs shower was a issue, and the lack of useful railing on the steps to the upstairs. The decorative railing was difficult to use for balance."

"  The Jarvis Point home might be the most fantastic VRBO home that we have ever visited. It is true waterfront and outstandingly so - it is probably 30feet from the shore. It offers an unbelievably panoramic view of the waterfront, especially from the bedroom on the third floor. We found the home most suited for a couple with youngsters, or a couple with a young adult as was the case for us. It is an outstanding home and a special place with every amenity. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Little Blue House. The location could not have been better -- in walking distance to the Tides Inn, the Local, and a few cute shops. There was more to see and do just a short drive away. The house itself was very cute and my daughter loved having her own room and bathroom. The streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) didn't work, but I think they just need to be upgraded. The jacuzzi jets in the big tub were TO DIE FOR. We highly recommend!"

"The cottage was great for the two of us. Very quiet and relaxing. You can't really relax on the beach though because when the tide comes in it disappears. We went to Haven Beach to relax and swim - just a short drive away. But you can sit by the fire pit and enjoy the serene scene with jumping fish and herons. "My daughter was married at Mimosa Barn and my husband and I (from Mass) stayed at the Beach Retreat. It was better than the what the photos portrayed and was perfect for two people (plus my daughter the night before the wedding).
