"We were sent an email our original booking for the Rosedale had a water leak so our property location changed. It was really nice to have the quick change of location taken care of with no hiccups. Also, when we arrived at the new location, our code for the front door wasn’t working. We made a call and that also was resolved quickly. "This was our first trip to Nashville and it did not disappoint. The condo was a perfect location for us. We found the Farmers Market and made our way there every morning for coffee and breakfast and a sit in the park before starting our day exploring. The condo was superbly clean and we did not have a single issue with checking in or out or the facility. We would definitely recommend!"

Overall, the building is a little noisy although this condo was right next to the front entrance and people were coming and going late into the night into the early morning. Management was very quickly responsive every time I had a question or a concern. Short Uber ride to downtown. The condo is stocked with many things like pool towels, wine glasses, dishes, etc. It is a very dog friendly...
