“It waa exsctly how it was pictured.”

“Bugs in room specifically in bed comforter. Pool under maintenance, breakfast no meat options non pork eater here. Staff tried to accommodate but mentioned the third party reservation so it wasn’t nothing they could do. I know to go directly through the hotel paying top dollar for mediocre is insane ”

“Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff was unfamiliar with “new” computer system, so took very, very long to get checked in. Was given handicap accessible room, (not requested) where bathroom fixtures were not secure in the wall, and curtains not secure on tracks. ”

“Good breakfast. Bed firm but comfy. Strong shower and nice toiletries, although shampoo and conditioner smelled odd. Main issue was room readiness and amenities - we were told our room was not ready on arrival and would have to be cleaned, but then it was magically ready in five minutes. Room looked clean but there was no blackout curtain, with a room facing the parking lot. So we had to go out and buy sleep masks to get a good night’s sleep. Other than issue with check in, staff was nice.……

“After checking in at 11:00 pm after a long day of driving all we wanted was a little television and a comfy bed. The tv in our room did not work. After talking to the front desk in the morning we were informed that a whole section of the hotel was with out tv. First question to them was why were we not informed at check in (they already knew),or put in a different section of the hotel were our traveling companions room was. When asked for some sort of compensation they said they couldn't do……

“Clean room great staff. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again”

“Everything was great. It would be better if it had a pool.”

“The room was dirty. The toilet isn’t bolted to the floor and the furniture was falling apart.”

“I was charged for my mother’s service dog And they started cleaning rooms at 9:am not giving travelers a chance to wake up the house keepers could not speak English and when I told them to give us 10 minutes then they can come in and clean they did not in the 7 day stay they only cleaned twice The continental breakfast sucked only was open short time there was nothing but cereal and pancakes to choose from and slices of bread I felt it was very rushed hotel and did not enjoy it at all ”

“This was by far the nastiest place I have ever been in. There was dog feces everywhere outside the entrance. The smell was atrocious inside and out. The first floor reeked of dog poop. The elevator didn’t work half the time. The lock on the door was broken. My bathroom door had huge holes broken thru it. The floor was so sticky with dirt. I DO have photos. This place should be closed. The only plus were the two front desk employees who were kind. If I could have found another hotel that late……
