“Don’t use Expedia took me over an hour to check in because I paid them the full amount, including taxes and they only sent the motel they out for the room didn’t cover Taxes when Expedia was called. They told me just pay taxes again.”

“Overall a good stay but the floors weren’t cleaned, towels weren’t replaced daily and our stove stopped working temporarily at one point. But staff was helpful.”

“I got a room that is full of the smell of cigarette, the first day, I can't not sleep at all, at last I slept in my car. The second day, I switched a room.”

“I requested extra bedding and it was ready for me when we go there. Appeared to be new and very clean. The breakfast was nice- we loved the croissants and biscuits/gravy.”

“Love the Cleanness of the room , the staff was always helpful and responsive to all questions asked. Breakfast was standard compared to other Staybridge hotels I have stayed at. The hotel has more accommodation for smokers than non smokers. They have all the covered from the sun, and all we had was seats inside the pool. The pool closes at 9pm and we had to go back into the room. I think there should be equal space for smokers and non smokers”

“The only thing I did not like was that the indoor pool area there was no towels available and the water was very dirty with trash and hair and other objects floating around from the night before because it was pretty early in the day that we tried to go but changed our minds after seeing this.”
