"We had stayed at this property previously. At that time it was in need of some TLC. This stay, however, the property and staff were definitely much better. I do recommend that you keep your doors locked. We have travelled for work for MANY years, 30 years to be exact, and I have to say that this was the first time that a member of the staff opened our door while my husband was sleeping. Kelly, the general manager, opened the door to my husbands room after 9:00 P.M, and told him that he needed to pay for his stay. Now it has been my experience and observation that ALL rooms are checked for occupancy soon after the 11:00 A.M Checkout as the rooms need cleaned before the next occupant arrives. We pay for our stay week to week and upon getting our room keys reset, Kelly was in the front office and knew that our room was already paid for, if not, then she should’ve verified that before making late night room checks. I’m still unsure as to why she would be making those room checks so late."

"Very good comfortable, felt right at home so made it a relaxing stay! They have a good choice in breakfast items. Just have weird timing only til 9:30am but that's OK. Still had a good time :)"

"The breakfast was not good at all and I have low standards for hotel breakfast. We got a suite and the cabinets were sticky/tacky to the touch. The 4th floor smelled like cigarettes in several places not sure if people staying there were smoking or what but we stayed four days and it always smelled. For what I paid I think it was over priced. It’s clean for the most part and the outside seating area is nice. "

"The room was very clean. The ac kept the room nice and cold. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I didn’t have breakfast but I did see a lot of people eating if that means anything. I’ve stayed here a few times and never had any problems or complaints. "

"Everything was exactly as promised. The home was beautiful, amenities were great and it was the perfect location; not too far from downtown Nashville but far enough to step back and relax."

"Kitchen was amazing. Stove top, dishwasher, full refrigerator, and a garbage disposal. Nice beds very clean. Enjoyed so much that i will be using this motel again when i come back to Nashville "
