“I got a room that is full of the smell of cigarette, the first day, I can't not sleep at all, at last I slept in my car. The second day, I switched a room.”

“The room was dirty. the floors looked liked they had not been mopped in months. My daughter dropped some juice in the floor and when i cleaned it up with a towel the towel was filthy. ”

“This property is absolutely disgusting. We decided not to even stay at the hotel and were told we couldn't get a refund even though the room was unacceptable. Buyer beware with this one. ”

“This hotel isn't winning any awards for... well much of anything. Very no frills to put it nicely. It's the kind of place someone on the run might spend the night. Everything in the room was somewhat dingy and there might be some issue with bugs. All that being said however... the staff were very nice. I accidentally left my jacket in the room and only realized hours after I had checked out. Thankfully, I was able to call and the drive back to retrieve it. The lady was so nice wouldn't accept a……
