"Great location and functional layout, but major issue with smoke smell. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great bed (though the pillows could be upgraded). The location was perfect for attending a convention at either Seattle convention. However, the overwhelming smell of smoke made it unbearable for our family, and we had to cut our stay short. Despite this issue, the host was very accommodating and responsive to our concerns. Hopefully, they can address the smoke...

"Allen was an incredible, kind host and was very prompt with his communication. The property itself had a cozy vibe that made you feel right at home. The space was clean with nice modern furnishing. Location is in a quiet area and is only 10 min away from downtown! A parking space is also provided, which was a plus. I’ll definitely be back and I’d highly recommend this spot!! Great experience overall. "
