The room was alright, it needed cleaned a litter better..... The staff on the kiosk, was nice, however, the woman was not very kind at all

Staff was fine, but the pool was closed and the rest of the hotel was clearly in the middle of room renovation so it looked like a construction site.

Seemed a bit dated and needing fixed up in areas.

A room was spacious and very clean. Staff of Walker's Bluff Resort are very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

stayed at the Quality Inn Carbondale University and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. When we arrived, the receptionist wasn’t at the front desk, and I had to call the hotel for someone to come check us in. However, once he arrived, he was very friendly and helpful, which made up for the short wait. The breakfast was just okay — they offered toast, bagels, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, cereal, milk, coffee, orange juice, and a small fresh fruit basket. It was enough to start the day but could use a bit more variety. Overall, it was a clean and friendly place to stay, good for a quick trip or overnight visit.
