The staff was friendly, welcoming, and responsive whenever we had a request. The restaurants within the hotel were also very good, with great food and a nice atmosphere. I didn’t personally use the spa during my stay, but it looked beautiful and well maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Onyx and would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Bali. The friendly service and attention to detail really stood out!"

The whole experience made our celebration that much more memorable and special. I know that Ubad is becoming overrun with tourism, but every Balinese person there was always friendly and warm despite our taking over the space.
