The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. "良い点:ロケーション。周りに店も多く、駅も近い。部屋の雰囲気。人による:ベットはかなり柔らかいタイプ。硬いタイプが好きな人は腰を痛めると思う。悪い点:アメニティの準備。用意されたバスタオルが明らかに小さいタオル。こういうものかと思ったら2日目は普通のバスタオルの大きさだった。トリートメントと書かれたボトルの中身はつけると泡立つ。ほんとにトリートメントなのか疑わしく使わなかった。夜中、ピーピーとアラーム音が鳴る。なんなのかわからず不快。部屋ごとのセキュリティはみんな閉じない。そのためセキュリティが意味をなさない。男性が女性用のトイレを使用したり、朝4時に大きな音や声を立てて準備などする配慮のない客層がいるも、フロントがいる時間は短いので何も言えない。"

"The receptionist was very kind, and helpful. We were able to buy detergent at the front, and wash our clothes easily. The room was compact, and had a small desk to use if needed. They have a wall of recommended restaurants in the area which is very helpful. Overall the experience was great."

"This was a perfect area for exploring Tokyo. The hotel is near the Shinjuku Station where you can connect to trains, subways Nex train to airport. It is a very vibrant area with lots to do nearby. The hotel is beautiful. The staff’s very courteous. Amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet wa amazing. Would definitely stay here again."

The neighborhood the hotel is located in is clean, quiet, and feels safe. It is nestled within Nihon University. "Amazing hotel overall. The hotel room was large enough for 3 people to stay in there comfortably. Amenities were very clean and I am very particular about restrooms. There is a great view of the city as well! This really exceeded expectations! Great location to get around, but it is Shinjuku so just be aware there are lots of late night shenanigans with crowds. However, you don't hear it from the hotel."
