Egg station is a good ofdering but on busy mornings large queues, coffee machine cant handle large volumes and toaster inadequate for busy breakfast service. Table Service in bar slow staff very pleasant but could be more attentive with observing drinks being liw and proactively ask if another is required begore glass is empty. Spa facilities really good, grounds kept immaculate would return "

Convenient to the best pubs and restaurants, near the Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. And the hotel and staff itself were very nice and was an overall great experience for our first 2 nights of our trip. Will definitely visit again."
