Na Pak Vacations from $571

The staff here are phenomenal. Everything is done for you and nothing is too much trouble . Unreal customer service . They think beyond the brief and make sure you are all ok . Do check out the spa! Hôtel is Amazing place .

Everything about my stay was phenomenal, from the staff, the room, location, spa services + onsen, to the breakfast buffet. The staff truly goes out of their way to make you feel special. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this was by far the friendliest, most attentive and accommodating staff. Thank you to Rose, Chris, Viper, Louisa, Happy and the rest of the staff for consistently going out of their way for me. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are deciding between hotels in Hanoi, I promise this is the right choice!

The Staff are very helpful & nice . The lobby and breakfast are decent. The bed was comfortable. But the room was dilapidated, paint peeling from the walls. There was a sewer like “ smell” which might hve been from the city. We slept with the windows open even though, the city was extremely noisy

Hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi. We enjoyed our stay and very happy to meet Ms Mimi. He organised our trip to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh 1 day trip. Absolutely recommend and will come back here. Thank you, Mimi. You are awesome!

Located on the border of the old quarter it was very convenient and quiet, staff very helpful at reception.
