The rooms are terribly small not enough to even put luggage. Staff were very unhelpful about reassigning rooms. No amenities whatsoever. Do not recommend. Excellent location though.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible! So many different options and very tasty. Then they allowed us to keep our bags there during the day after checking out. They had a private side room with a shower that we could use so we were fresh for our next adventure. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is brand new, everything is fitted out to a very high standard and the location is perfect. What really sets this hotel apart though is the service. They are friendly and attentive and even learn all your names. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their warm welcome on our return each day really made the Hanoi experience for us. It's slightly more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is worth every one of the extra pennies.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.
