'Koala Pointe' is one of the newest additions to Seaside Vacations and is certainly a one-of-a-kind vacation home! This home has all the “koalafications” for your best Outer Banks beach vacation.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located just one block from the ocean with incredible views! Koala Pointe offers in-home recreation, including a foosball table, mounted ring toss game, basketball hoop, and plenty of space to enjoy the company of your loved ones.

The property has everything you need for a fun day at the beach. The large driveway has plenty of space to park or shoot hoops. Load up the beach cart with toys and chairs for your daily adventures.

After a long day at the beach, let the kids rinse off in the outdoor shower, while you grill up fresh seafood in the covered picnic area. Enjoy your evening cookout with the gas grill, island ring toss game, picnic table, hammock, and light-up surfboard tiki bar.

The main level is perfect for quality time with your loved ones and soaking in the incredible views. Every morning, watch the sunrise over the ocean on the back deck. Catch the sunsets on the newly constructed front deck. When your crew gets hungry, the kitchen is fully loaded for breakfast, lunch, dinners, and desserts around the 8-person dining table, nearby breakfast nook, or covered outdoor picnic table. Watch your favorite streaming channels on the Roku-enabled TV and comfy couches. Or, turn up the tunes on the Bluetooth speaker and enjoy game night with a large board game selection and foosball table. Relax out on the Screened-In Porch as you enjoy the cool evening air!

Koala Pointe offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for families and groups of friends. On the mid-level, there is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find 2 more bedrooms (Pyramid Bunk with a Twin and 1 Queen) with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Both are equipped with TVs and Rokus. The upstairs queen room has a private balcony with ocean and sunrise views. There is an extra cot and futon available for small beach lovers and larger groups.

You can't beat the location of Koala Pointe. Public beach access to one of the nicest beaches in Nags Head is available on Albatross St, right around the corner. You are walking distance to many OBX favorites: Dirty Dick's Crab House, the Red Drum, Swells'a Brewing Beer Company, the Kill Devil Grill, Miller's Seafood & Steak House, Brew Thru, Booty Treats Ice Cream & Shave Ice, Tortuga's Lie, and several art galleries… just to name a few.
