Unique and Modern Home with Hot Tub and Game Room in Historic Downtown

Prime Nantucket Town location, 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom home with in-ground hot-tub was recently renovated and is walking distance to Main Street, shops and restaurants.

38 Pleasant Street consists of 2 buildings- the main house and a separate carriage house. All bedrooms and the living room feature wall mounted HD flat screen televisions. In the main house, four (4) of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and king or queen size beds. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. The separate studio features a king size bed, mini-split a/c unit, en-suite bathroom and wall mounted flat screen TV.

The grassy backyard is private quiet and has an in-ground hot-tub. There is a raised deck off of the kitchen with a dining table for 8 and a gas grill.

The house comes equipped with fine linens, a ping pong table, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella and a cooler as well as dinner service for 10 and a lobster pot- perfect for a day on the beach followed by a Lobster In The Rough dinner.

As with all Copley Nantucket properties, guests of 38 Pleasant Street have access to Copley's complimentary concierge service for help making restaurant suggestions, recommending fishing excursions on beach or by boat, day trips, car rentals, and more.

Comfortable and convenient
We enjoyed a late season long weekend in Nantucket. Bedrooms were comfortable, and common areas were great for gathering with family and friends. The hot tub was a highlight. Our group especially appreciated the location, which made it easy to walk to town or to restaurants in the mid-island area.

Beautiful house, updated bathrooms, great location. Perfect design for 2 families
Our experience was excellent. We were two families (5 adults and 7 children) and were very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and clean. The beds and linens were also very soft and of good quality. The kitchen was well-equipped with good appliances and tools. The house was an easy 10 minute walk to town. Overall, we would definitely rent this house again.
