This beautiful decorated condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 full sized Murphy bed and two full bathrooms. This condo offers complete comfort and a breathtaking lanai view with gorgeous sunrise. This tastefully decorated air conditioned unit has an ample granite counter top and dining area with a picturesque view. There is 1,232 sq. ft. of living space. It has access to an elevator and stairs. There is an assigned under roof parking space. This delightful condo provides social membership which includes Treviso Bay’s luxurious amenities such as restaurants , bars, spa services, waterfall pool with beach, lap pool, fitness center with complete exercise equipment, eight clay tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, BBQ-picnic, biking and jog path. Golf membership is not part of this condo, however guest invitations are permitted. There are also plenty golf courses nearby.
