We stayed here during a girls trip to Nashville. I have rented many properties over the years and the owners of the property have literally thought of everything! We wanted for nothing. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was fully stocked and they even provided a little bit of just about anything a person may have forgotten to pack. Definitely a recommendation!

Fun Bachelorette Weekend

This property was far enough away from Broadway to be able to sit outside and enjoy some peace and quiet, yet close enough to walk to all the action. Warm and inviting! Owners have literally thought of everything! Can’t wait to go back 😊

Concert Getaway
My wife, daughter, and I came down for a concert at Ascend Amphitheater and stayed two nights at the condo. Everything was great and the location was perfect for walking to eat at Husk, to Ascend, and to Broadway as well. The property has parking and is gated for security. There were some very nice surprises in the condo as well with snacks and mimosa makings. Would recommend this location highly. Lovely all around!

Short trip to Nashville
We stayed here for our long weekend trip to Nashville. The place has an excellent location, with excellent security and parking. The hosts go above and beyond with the way the place is stocked with personal items for guests and the champagne and orange juice was a nice touch. The only draw back to this place is that it is on the 3rd floor and is not handicap accessible. My sister, who is 67, fell on night one walking in Nashville. (nope not an ounce of alcohol in her) She unfortunately had to go to the ER and ended up on crutches. Getting up and down the steps was a challenge for her. So, just putting that out there in case anyone in your group does not do steps well. If everyone in your group can do 3 flights, this PLACE is PERFECT!

Great stay!
We were really pleased with this booking. The location of the condo is excellent and walkable to almost everything. The condo itself was perfect for our party of six. We were really blown away by all of the small details that the hosts had thought of. We arrived to a welcome package with a bottle of sparkling wine and we appreciated a lot of the extra amenities in the condo. Most especially, the rain jackets were super helpful! We used them at the Taylor Swift concert and we’re so thankful to have them. The hosts were great. The place has excellent parking. And there’s even a really nice grassy area outside for extra visiting space. Excellent overall!

Everything the hosts said about the property is right on point. Good location, short drive to most of the attractions. The property is on a major road but the room is very quiet. We didn’t notice road noise at all. The property is nicely managed. We had trouble unlocking the door upon arrival. The owner and the property manager both responded very promptly and sorted the things out quickly. We didn’t meet the owners but the the managers are pleasant happy friendly people. If we are back to Nashville again we wouldn’t hesitate to book this property.

Great place to stay!
My family (myself, husband, and 2 teenage kids) stayed here for spring break in Nashville. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and gave everyone their own space. Easy parking for our rental car and a short drive from the airport. It’s close enough to walk to all the sights downtown but far enough to be quiet. The owners had great communication, were super friendly and attentive, and provided everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when returning to Nashville!

We enjoyed our stay at Rutledge Hill. Nice gated property in a good central location (within walking distance, or very short Uber ride, of downtown and the Broadway night life). Property as pictured and described. Third floor unit (stair access), gated property. Unit had all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The owners are wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.
