“Beautiful historic hotel with small town friendly service. Enjoyed nice conversation with guests in quaint breakfast area with abundant variety of continental breakfast offerings and amazing pastries with lovely view of covered front porch. Very comfortable rooms with mini frig were clean with everything we needed. Waters Edge restaurant nearby serving excellent food and lovely serene view of water. Stayed during Delaware Sojourner kayak trip.”

“Most of our stay was great. The only negatives were that the smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling (it was attached by wires) and there were a couple spots of unpainted spackle. Otherwise the property was clean and very nice.”
