Very clean, staff was welcoming. beds a little soft. 15 dollars for a continental breakfast is a little much. As well as a person knocking on your door every morning to check if the 2 bottles of water which they charged 2 dollars for had been used.

Showers were cold unless you literally let them run for at minimum 10 minutes befire getting in. This was definitely inconvenient! Only 1 jet in hot tub worked. Door at end of the building would not open with the key card. We stayed for a week and only got clean towels if we asked for them. On the plus side, the staff were absolutely outstanding! Very friendly and very nice!

Always great staying here. The staff is amazing and they treat our dog like family. Only issue I have is the the way the charges are made my cedrit card was a mess for a few but it seemd to even out and the charges seem right.

The location of this hotel is in a run down area. The hotel itself is at best a two star. I checked in only to find out that they were turning the water off the next day between 10am-4pm. Spent all day out with my family, got back at 5pm and still no water. The staff didn’t seem to care. We missed my son’s birthday dinner reservation since we couldn’t take showers. Water finally came on at 5:35pm but was of course, cold. So we packed up everything and left. Worst Hilton stay I’ve ever experienced.

The hotel was dirty. Looked like no one had vaccumed in weeks. The AC in the lobby and common areas did not work. There was a notice that the water would be off for an entire day. The walls and doors in our room had hole patches. We got in bed and there was a wrapper in it. There were vagrants outside in the parking lot. Also men in the parking lot smoking weed. I seriously cannot make this up. Worst Hilton O have ever seen.
