“Heat still wasn’t fixed from previous stay, and we woke up to it being low 40 in the home. The heat would not kick on. Someone came and “fixed” it, but took the heaters he brought, so for the next three hours while it tried to warm up in house, it was still freezing. Went outside next day, and it sounded like water gushing under house. Couldn’t sleep because of noise from water. Informed possible water pipe busted. Had headaches, possibly due to the water under house. Asked about staying another……

“We were very pleased with the location and home. Only 5 miles from Louisville to explore. New Albany had great breweries and pizza as well. The house easily accomodated 8 people with a large table and 2 living rooms. Open kitchen for cooking with the family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great size as well.
