North Oaks Chalets

Was very happy with everything.... Was just wishing the pool was bigger and had a hot tub. Biggest reason for that is I had 5 boys here, all wrestlers that were hoping to relax. 😁

We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. We have never stayed anywhere with such an awesome meal. The staff with the exception of 1 bad egg was awesome, very accommodating!! The entire Hotel ROCKED!!!! We are definitely going to be staying again!!!! The owner of this hotel is a very kind gentleman and very understanding. He takes a lot of pride in his hotel.

I’m always nervous staying at hotels out of town because you just never know the conditions your walking into. So when we walked into the lobby we were greeted with smiles and a big hello from the staff. They were very welcoming and accommodating. We checked in late so the staff gave us food options in the area. That was helpful. We walk into our room AND IT WAS CLEAN!!!! Honestly the pictures on their website really do the room no justice!! The rooms are so much better in person. Our room was...

I LOVE staying at Home2Suites! The rooms are spacious and clean, and have everything a family needs while traveling. I did laundry, my family enjoyed the pool and the fitness center as well. The breakfasts were amazing and we looked forward to them all three mornings. My only complaint was that I am very sensitive to pet smells- and since it has become a pet-friendly hotel, there was a large uncovered jar of smelly dog treats, and I felt that the air wasn't as fresh due to lingering pet odors....

The waterslide was a lot of fun. The pool is a bit cold though. The beds are super comfy! I like the central air in the room....instead of the noisy wall units other hotels have. We had a suite. Loved having the separate living room. The breakfast was hot and good.

Amazing check-in, fast with great staff! Rooms and very clean and very comfortable. The only thing that could be changed is the desk top is very narrow, not leaving enough room to type on the laptop comfortably, but it is manageable. Large 60” or so TVs in the room. Great overall and highly recommend!!!

Under construction, but knew that before our stay. Convenient for our needs but is not walkable to anything besides other similar hotels.

Nice clean room. 2nd floor are much better than 1st floor. 1st floor allows pets I’m told and room 106 was awful.

We stay at this hotel every time we take a trip to the cities. Very clean, great pool, amazing breakfast, and convenient, quiet location.

Nice personal touches with seasonal decor. Good breakfast.

The location is perfect and love the Peanuts statues all around

Everything was super convenient, quiet and and clean! Felt safe due to locked front doors. Great accommodations. Would definitely stay there again and planning to. Kickback is really nice.

Amazing staff

Great, convenient location right next to MSP airport and Mall of America!

Home2Suites offers a consistent and comfortable stay for our family. We will continue to use their chain as needed in the multiple states we've visited. I was surprised by a parking charge however. Because I booked through Orbitz it was not highlighted/divulged that I would have to pay an extra $25 per car parked in their lot. I had no choice but to pay it as we did not have other parking options for our two cars. The front desk staff says it would have been made apparent that there was a...

Loved the view from our corner room

Staff was very professional and Friendly
