“Good:Bike rental included Problems: Difficulty opening door to room, told front desk, nothing ever done At check in, told them i was Marriott bon voy member, at check out they charged me for internet access (free when member) and bill had to be corrected Pool ran out of towels one day Have stayed here 3 other years, things have gone downhill this year”

“The only complaint is that for a Saturday there should have been a second bartender at the outside pool bar. We went to grab drinks and food and sat at the bar. The one bartender never once looked at us or said you need to order in line before sitting at the bar. So we ended up leaving not ordering anything as the line was very long. Everything else was great. More staff needed outside for pool bar.”
