Great Storybook home
Love this old Florida charmer! Great character with up to date amenities. Close to everything and loved the fenced yard for our little dog. Owners were superb about responding and helping us with a couple of questions. Will definitely stay again when we come back!

NSB Intown Experience
My husband and I visited New Smyrna Beach as an extended weekend getaway with our two small dogs. We very much enjoyed the house since we love older homes with character. The perfect weather added to our charmed experience. The kitchen is well-stocked and welcoming. Shannon has been thoughtful about what travelers might need to make them feel welcome and right at home. The location cannot be beat for an intown NSB experience. We walked to Live Oak each day for breakfast. We found the drive to Smyrna Dunes to be accessible and quick. On weekend nights, there was live music across the street. We even danced along on the wrap-around porch.

Lovely place
Great house located blocks from restaurants and shopping. The house has amazing spaces, lots of light and a surprising amount of room. It was nice to have 2 King beds and one of the rooms is on the front of the house away from most of the other spaces for some separation. The shared spaces are well appointed and modern. The parking is very expansive. We had one car, but there was enough room in the back for many more. Probably need to check with the property owners if more than 2, but I estimate that the parking can hold 4 vehicles easy. Great stay.

The house was great for us when we went to New Smyrna for the weekend. Location is very convenient with a short drive to downtown just over the bridge and access to the beaches. We brought our puppy with us and he was able to sniff around the fenced-in front yard.

Had a birthday and early Father’s Day celebration in New Smyrna. This charming 1920’s home is just a short walk to Canal Street and all the shops & restaurants. The home has great spaces inside and out with a great front porch and back patio. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect place for our weekend celebrations! Highly recommend it.
