"Everything was quick and easy, The room definitely had character! It was nice and clean and large, but my boyfriend and I cracked up and we came in and saw the elaborate headboard and ”royalty vibe" furniture. It's a room I won't soon forget, I loved that it was unique. Gorgeous views upon waking. I'd stay again. If I had one complaint I'd say the pillows were very very firm. I do prefer different firmness levels of pillows so that you can find one you like."

"This hotel is all about the views! It’s an older hotel but they’ve kept it in good shape. The rooms are large and clean. The bed was super comfortable and I’d say pretty soft. The bed is also high up so if you’re short, you’ll need a boost! Nice dresser space and closet space for clothes. Good size fridge plus a microwave! The morning breakfast doesn’t have much (no scrambled eggs or bacon since there’s no kitchen). However, they have fresh made muffins and croissant sandwiches plus yogurt, hard boiled eggs and fruit so we had plenty to choose from. You get the food and bring back to your room to heat up so don’t check out before breakfast! The ocean is literally right at the base of the hotel so the views were incredible. Nice little balcony with two chairs and you can leave your door open safely all night which you have to do if you’re hot because…. Cons are no A/C! They give you a box fan. Other con is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom but the lighting in the bathroom is better than most. Also, the shower head is low so if you’re tall, you’re getting sprayed in the face. My husband is 6’ and it was spraying in his chin and that’s adjusted as much as he could. Not positive if there’s beach access from the hotel. Didn’t look like it but we did see trails in the brush below our balcony. No stores or restaurants in safe walking distance but a very quick car ride across the busy highway will get you to many places. Glass beach and skunk train is like a 5 minute drive."

"Beautiful view, easy check-in, nice room although bathroom a little outdated and there was no AC (only a floor fan upon request). Overall great stay and it’s walkable to the town and to the skunk train!"

"Our room was nice had a beautiful view of the old train trussel and Ocean,great breakfast indoor pool and conveinant to all beaches ,took a drive down hwy 1 to Arena point lighthouse had a wonderful dinner at the Wharf in a fishing village on the Noyo river ocean outlet was a awesome trip"

"The property is a little outside the town which actually adds to its its charm. You feel secluded but also pampered in the updated cabins/rooms that have every amenity you need. The outside fire pits and s'mores gives one a really good high end camp feeling as well. With the ocean visible in the distance, it's really a special place. Staff was gracious and helpful as.Highly recommended and we will absolutely revisit."
