Walk to shops, restaurants, King Park Beach as well as The Elms Mansion (Filmed in HBO/MAX series, "The Gilded Age"), Tennis Hall of Fame and other museums on Bellevue Avenue. MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTAL.

Bathroom has a full-size washer/dryer. Studio located on the second floor. No shared space except entrance stairway. American Leather comfortable queen gel mattress sofa bed with no springs. WIFI, 40" TV, Live TV, microwave, mini-refrigerator, kettle for coffee and tea (provided). Owners/Property Managers live on 3rd/4th floors.
