"The service was excellent! We had a malfunctioning TV that was quickly remedied. The linens were stained a couple of times with dirt or something else and it was also quickly resolved. It’s a skeleton crew working there and they are doing their best. They’re as attentive as they can be. At the end of the day overall, it was clean and a good spot to sleep before exploring Newport’s offerings. "
