Very warm and comfortable accommodations. Thank you to the host for preparing such a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. The location was excellent—my daughter and I were able to walk to the falls in just over 20 minutes after dinner. Unlike the large hotels near the falls, this place was peaceful and quiet at night, making it a perfect place to relax.

When I first arrived, I was taken back by its look. A bit disheveled outside, but once instead I thought room #2 was brilliant. Large room, large bathroom. Clean as a whistle. Right outside the door a kitchen to be shared with room #3. We had it to ourselves. washer and dryer available. Comfortable bed. A very short walk to the Falls and Downtown area.

This is a very bare-bones B&B, except it is really just a B as there is no breakfast. In my two nights I never saw a host, although the instructions were clear. It was affordable and walkable to downtown, although the neighbourhood felt a bit sketchy. If you just need an affordable place to stay, there is nothing wrong with it. But if you are looking for a desk, newer fixtures, temperature control, etc, you'd be better off paying a bit more somewhere else.

We had a great stay and had everything we needed. The entire house was clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable. There was main shared kitchen that had drinks and snacks. There was also a washer and dryer. We had had a room upstairs and there was a mini kitchen there also with everything we needed. The host was very friendly and available at any time. Entire property was maintained and well kept and close to Skylon Tower and Clifton park. We woukd stay here again!
