"We were very pleased with the service and support. The beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and so accommodating. The breakfast options were amazing. I would just suggest the curators consider changing the material of the flooring around the pool and hot tub. It is very slippery and a fall risk. Overall we had a lovely experience."

"Nice property in beautiful area. Free underground parking. Convenient to shops and cafes. NOTL restaurant patio was great for Sunday brunch. We were a family of 3 women in a double room. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom, but with only 2 hooks for towels and 1 tiny towel rack. No drawers for clothes, and only a closet with 2 shelves and room to hang about 10 items. Lighting was dark throughout the room. Couldn’t read in bed. "

"We spent the August long weekend at this hotel. This is our forth stay at the Charles Inn in the last two years and will we will definitely come back again. We usually stay in the Premium rooms, which are more expensive than the Deluxe and Petite Rooms. As it goes, you get what you pay for. We love the Premium rooms, especially, the one we stayed in this time. It had "a walk-out balcony with stunning views of the golf course." Thank you to the staff for honouring our request! Overall, the hotel staff is extremely professional, friendly and efficient. No issues with the check-in and check-out, in-room services, etc. The location is very convenient as you can walk along Queen street in the morning when there are no crowds; and when it gets busy, you can rent right at the hotel or hike or play golf. Thank you, everyone, who made our stay a wonderful experience! "

"STAFF was outstanding, Laura the intern could not have been more helpful, Jennifer, Joan and Joseph were wonderful. Having the Inn's fully loaded Lincoln Navigator for 6 of us to get to town and the bikes were handy too. Coffee downstairs every morning until restaurant opended very handy. Only thought was a small refrigerator would be nice."
