"I was visiting the North East, PA area for the first time to visit the Lake Shore Railway Museum to see and watch trains so I selected the Holiday Inn Express to lodge overnight as it is located about 2 miles from the Museum. Check-in was quick with courteous service from the front desk attendant. My room was spacious, clean, with wireless Internet, mini fridge and microwave. I had dinner at the on-site New Harvest Pub and Restaurant located adjacent to the Hotel's parking lot. Meal was quite good there. Complimentary breakfast at the hotel featured a buffet style with choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, pastries, cereals, juices, coffee so there is plenty of breakfast choices available. One thing of note is that the Hotel is located adjacent to an interchange to Interstate 90 and in addition, the local road that passes the hotel sees a decent amount of traffic including trucks using Jake brakes so depending on which side of the building your room is on, you may hear some traffic noise from the room, especially from louder vehicles. To sum up, my stay was pleasant, comfortable and I will choose this motel again for future visits."

"My mother and I went for a mother/daughter trip over Mother's Day weekend. We had an amazing time. We had a warm welcome message upon entering the lake house which was so sweet. We had everything we could have possibly needed right at our finger tips. Stacy is gracious enough to think of absolutely everything! The view of the lake from the front deck is lovely, and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. We were able to see the Northern Lights and it was amazing. Stacy is a great host and so very easy to communicate with. Plans are in the making for our next trip. We can't wait to return for some additional peace and serenity."
