"We had a friend reunion for 8 adults. The house was clean, had the perfect amount of amenities and supplies for us and the location was easy to get to and had great access to food and other needs. Check in and out was easy and the host was quick and polite to respond to any communications. Thank you for allowing us to stay!"

"The house was not clean nor in proper condition to be rented. The house was rather run down but most concerning was the mold covering the bathroom ceiling. The house rules also state that there is an additional charge for each door and window left unlocked upon departure. When I arrived I checked all the windows and found 5 of them unlocked. If I had not check so closely, would I have been charged? "
