"The property was great. Glass front door window was so clean you forgot it was there. The backyard grass was nice except for a few spots that were puddles of water and mud. Overall a great property and place to stay."

"Hotel has improved greatly. The three main casinos are all connected with easy access to entertainment, dining and casinos. The Row is much cleaner, safer and enjoyable. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated. We will definitely go back. I did miss the buffets."

"Wedding family gathering. Spacious. All bedrooms have bathrooms. Seating on deck and grill were well used. Nicely decorated, updated, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, large garage and parking spaces. Some I-80 traffic noise. Great view of Mt Rose!"
A verified traveler from Ann arbor Michigan stayed at Last Min Opening -The Minerva House - Walking distance to UNR & downtown Reno
"We had an excellent experience at The Stone House. There were six adults and two children. Our only issue was that it was a lot of people sharing the bathroom on the second floor and the downstairs bathroom is quite small. But the common spaces were usable and comfortable, including a big living room, dining table and the outside patio with the fire pit and big table. The kitchen was also good. It's an old house so has some quirks, such as a shortage of closets and the fact that most of the windows were sealed shut (air conditioning/heat worked fine). But the beds were comfortable, the bedrooms pretty roomy (except for the single) and the area, despite being in the middle of UNR's fraternity row, was amazingly quiet. (School was not in session.) The location was handy to downtown and we had no issues with parking but again, school was not in session. The rental company was very responsive to our questions. It was an easy house for accommodating a number of people since the living area was separate from most of the bedrooms."

"We loved the hotel. The front desk folks were super nice. The hotel was clean and in good repair. The location was great. So easy to find, right in the middle of everything. We were within walking distance from major attractions, multiple casinos, the river was close. There is even a little dog park less than a block away. My only complaint… yes the hotel is pet friendly… yes it was easy to add our dog to the reservation. I was surprised that it cost $75 to add our dog. I wish the website was more clear about this per fee. By the time we find out about the high pet fee it’s too late to fuss or do anything else."
