"The hot tubs were nice and our room was clean. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything in the hallways. Sleeping in is impossible. A LOT of the slot machines had broken buttons as well. Hotel check in can be very slow, but they really dont explain the amenities to you much. You are expected to scan QR codes, not my favorite. Overall it's a good stay, but waaayyyy overpriced for what you get. The in room coffee is horrendous."

"My sister and I used this property for my family to meet up and wish my mom a happy 60th. And it didnt disappoint. The back yard is a gem and it definitely has space. The house layout is interesting but in ways that are interesting and gives more area for everyone. The owners were also so good. Everything was nice, the beds were so comfortable. And the closing requirements were very reasonable. This was my first reno visit and this property helped make it a very great one."

"The place was clean and fairly well stocked except for pots to boil water or cook spaghetti, or vegetables. However since we decided not to cook there it was of no consequence for us. It was quiet. The location was superb for us. We went to Reno to see the Great Reno Balloon Races, and this was the absolutely perfect spot to view them. Also great views of Reno at night. Just had to walk down to the end of the block !! It made our stay perfect. It was also easy access to major connecting Blvds & highways. Lots of coffee, eating venues & casinos. Chris was very responsive to our questions and wanted us to have what we needed. Explanations for how to operate certain electronics or were not always clear. It would have been nice to have a “manual” of instructions on various items: door lock, TVs, air conditioners, washer/dryer, WiFi etc. Only one thing was troubling, that was the one bedroom air conditioner had to be plugged in the bathroom which generated a prominent tripping hazard. We ended up putting a rug over the cord. Good stay"

Hot tub and back patio were nice to hang out in. Lots of seating for everyone. Super close to park, playground and arboretum."

"Property was cute and clean and very close for move-in weekend at UNR. The portable AC units take a while to cool the place down, so we ended up not using the loft bed because it was too hot for our guest up there. It was about 100 degrees all weekend during our stay so having to keep the bedroom window open for the AC unit to be attached, seemed counterproductive when trying to cool the place."
