"We had a hockey showcase at Notre Dame and this place was very convenient to get around the area. Place is very neat and clean. The loft upstairs was great for an extra room for kids. They loved it! I wish I knew the story about the bird that pecks at the master bedroom window. Every morning at 7:30 you have your own alarm! Lol. We were intrigued."

"The inside of the apartment is clean, trendy, and cozy. I would recommend this place for a max of 2 people and sleeping in the bed on the main level. The stairs to the loft are tricky and once in the loft the metal ceiling really limits the space. The bathroom is gorgeous with a great shower! The cons of this listing for me was the area. It is very industrial and I didn’t feel safe/comfortable by myself walking in this neighborhood. Also, the outside of the building needs some major TLC. There...

"Communication was great. Yard should have been mowed or at least kept up. Plus garbage was overflowing from previous renter. It worked well for our weekend at ND. My biggest issue was that the one bath was very small, especially with the options to have a number of people stay. We had 4 adults and it worked but not ideal situation."

"This place was way ‘more house’ than we needed, but so close to parks, the riverwalk, affordable, and walkable to the wedding we were in town for….we couldn’t pass it up! Big old house that had everything we needed for a comfy stay with our dogs. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we felt safe and at home."
