Overall we had a good stay here. I found the property to be nice and clean, although a bit dated and would have preferred a bit more natural lighting in our room. Pool was fantastic. I didn’t I really enjoy the restaurant however, that was a personal preference as others in my party did.

It was a nice comfortable and affordable place to stay on the beach. Great pool and restaurant with the Tiki Bar as well. Good breakfast buffet was included.

Great hotel for the price. Large swimming pool, private beach, friendly staff and lots of restaurants, convience stores and massage shops close by. Breakfast was limited but enough choices eg breads, cakes, fresh fruit and hot foods. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay if you want a quiet stay, there are a few shops and restaurants near by, a bit run down, but still a very nice place, the only down side was there isn't enough sunbeds for the amount of guests, to many guests were putting towels out on the beds and not using them till lunch time,, meals and drinks we're a little on the dear side,

We had a very pleasant stay here. We were however quite disappointed with how extremely dirty the beach was. There was rubbish on the beach as well as in the water. Staff were super friendly and the rooms were nice.

BRR is true to its name - very relaxing and pleasant with an amazing pool, lovely staff and beautiful, calming atmosphere, settled around a lush garden of palms and frangipani. Rooms are large and comfortable with everything you need in terms of furnishings. Beds are huge and comfortable and rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Air-conditioning works perfectly. Bathrooms are a bit tired and should really be renovated. Breakfast food is fresh and plentiful - there are many options and the restaurant staff are very attentive. The only thing I would suggest is providing more sun loungers around the pool and in the beach area. Also perhaps organising some pool activities like aqua aerobics sessions would be an easy enhancement to the overall enjoyment of the resort. We loved staying at BRR for two weeks and will return in the future.

Affordable, pleasant one night stay.

The staff are wonderful. Location is great. The hotel could do with a renovation, but is priced well for that budget. Fine for a one night stay or those looking to do Nusa Dua on a budget. Value for money for a transit night. It’s not fancy, very much 3 star.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great! Food was very good. Overall nice place for a short break. 👎The relentless insects all over in my room were unbearable. The shower 🚿 head not working properly. There were dirty plates left in the corridor from the day we arrived to the day we left. Cleanliness could be improved.

What can i say? the staff is very friendly and helpful The resort is in need of renovation the room we were given dirty. i requested the different room and was shown two other that were in same condition. the walls are very dirty and the bathroom very tiny, toilet seat has yellow stains and the bawl itself was dirty. the walls dirty and air conditioner licked water on the floor. the pool is excellent and very large, however there are no grab rails. Would NOT recommend and will NOT ever come back

I would NOT stay here again, not impressed

Breakfast wasn’t very good, definitely made us skip other meals at the resort. Not enough sun chairs for the very few guests staying here. Staff was nice, but under trained. Our power stop in our room in the middle of the night, I called the front desk multiple times, no answer. After our room was so hot I couldn’t sleep, I went and looked all over for a staff member or security guard. I shouted at the front desk, “hello, is anyone here?” No answer, so I knocked on the office door no answer. I opened the office door, I saw someone sleeping on the floor so, but all my noise didn’t wake them. I said “hello.” Still nothing. I knocked with the door open, nothing. Finally I knocked and said “hello” loudly. The gentleman finally woke up. I quickly realized as two people darted out of the room, both the desk staff and security were asleep on the job. I wouldn’t mind if they were asleep, but they did not answer the phone or respond to someone in the lobby. I have worked plenty of night shifts and this seems unsafe and unacceptable. What if something really serious was happening? They were willing to help figure out a solution (once they realized the power wasn’t and easy fix they moved us rooms) and were kind. I don’t blame the staff, as it seemed to be a training issue.

The property was good clean and quiet the staff were not that friendly didn’t go out of their way to service u. They need way more pool chairs or bean bags around the pool. Don’t like that there was no service around the pool for drinks or food they could make more money off this happened. No music or atmosphere around the pool. No tall ships or markets around hotel and only afew good restaurants the only thing they had was a infirmary and money changer directly across the road

Large beach front property near the Nusa Dua area of Bali, without spending a fortune at the upmarket hotels. Exceptionally large swimming pool. Food options / variety for breakfast could be better, although, you will not go hungry. Nice clean beach. Walk able to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Overall, a good stay.

The beds were as hard as rocks, the bathroom smelt really bad. Aircon didn't work properly and leaked. Very noisy where we were so they moved us and it wasn't any better in the other room.
