“This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit.”

“We had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the area is great. The only downfall was the pool is being renovated so we didn’get to enjoy it. Once it is done it will be a perfect spot for a vacation! We saw dolphins as we sat on the patio and loved listening to the waves at night! “We were in Santa Clarita for a soccer program and needed a home base between sessions. This condo was perfect! Location: easy to access from major roads, close to dining and shops. Unit: the layout with the 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo was perfect for traveling with a teen - everyone got their own space.
